  • WHICH OF YOUR PRODUCTS ARE LATEX FREE?

    DURABLE HOSPITAL SUPPLIES aim to always provide a latex free selection of products, it is also stated in our EC Declaration that “All of Our Products are Latex Free”

  • MATERIAL USED FOR PRODUCTION

    We use high quality steel of following grades during the production
    AISI 410 & 420 series
    AISI 303 & 304 series

  • PRODUCT GUARANTEE

    Our Products are warranted against defects for 3-years from the date of purchase. DURABLE HOSPITAL SUPPLIES is (will) required to honor this warranty, if purchased instrument proves to be defective in design or manufacturing etc. we will replace the instrument at no charge.

    However, replacements will not be given if purchased instrument is defective as a result of the following:

    Abuse or misuse
    Inappropriate cleaning, storage or preservation
    Warranty period expired
    Improper handling etc

    Please provide the following when making claim;

    1 - The Defective Instrument
    2 - Copy of Invoice.

  • DELIVERY PERIOD

    It depends upon the kind of Instruments & Quantities being ordered, however for all regular order items, we maintain sufficient inventory levels and thus delivery time does not exceed 4 weeks for such products. For specialized products, delivery time depends upon a number of factors and can only be communicated after having all the necessary information from customers.
